Why a red and not a black?

I don't really ever want more than 550 or so max.

@Goodhart. I'll still go to AWD if I go to mardi gras, it will just be towards the end of March instead of the beginning.

Longer reply on EvoMN... but I'm kind of angry now.

SO, DB got back to my dad. Went to do the tunes, Mivec still fucked up. Shane(I'm assuming anyway) suspects a probelm with the cam/camgear. I dunno anymore. I thought I spent the required $$$ I just want my shit to work right.

Well, Shane got the tune done anyway with the Mivec messed up. Car isn't holding boost like it should, dropped to 18 at redline on both tunes, even though the peak with E85 was higher.

Shootout was 418HP/443TQ

E85 vs 93. Normal DB numbers

Wow, I see I had forgotten to update this one along with the thread on EvoMN. I guess that's what happens when I mostly just lurk on 'style.

I'm since out of the Army and back in Afghanistan as a contractor.

Anyway over last summer the FP Red got put in and tuned. All that was added from the last post to here was the Fp Red and ETS UICP w/ TiAL Q oh and dropped the HKS intake for one of FP's silicone intake tubes.

My tuning, E85:

My car got shipped to Buschur at the end of march for some stuff...

Copied from Buschur's post on EvolutionM:

BR 2.3RPM with our new BR only lightweight Manley Billet crank
BR Stage 3 head
Cosworth M2's
BR Race FMIC
2.5" upper i/c pipe
Tial BOV
BR standard facing, small runner T3 turbo kit with PTE6466 turbo
BR ported stock intake
BR 65mm throtttle body
Spooling up coil on plug
BR double pumper
ID2000cc injectors
AMS catback, 3"
Stock ECU, Omni 4 bar map sensor, AEM AIT
BR fuel rail
This was stock ECU w/ SD tune on E70, that had been in the tank since I stored it in December. Running out of fuel uptop. 3rd gear

It got an AEM EMS put in it on Friday, and should be retuned on Monday, maybe upgrading the fuel feed line if it comes to that too. He expects north of 750whp on his dyno.

The more amusing thread on EvoMN:
http://www.evomn.net/forums/showthread.php?5900-The-source-of-my-fun-and-frustration

I can't wait to see how it does with real E85 and the AEM this coming week. I get back to the states for vacation on June 18th and I'll be up at Proving Grounds which should be interesting as I'll have near zero seat time with the new setup. I only get to drive a Kawasaki Mule and a right hand drive diesel Hilux over here.

I bought a set of M&H Drag Radials that are going on the stock Enkeis and some Volk CE28Ns to daily on.

Nice work! Should be crazy fun. The MAP event should be an awesome time too! So many high powered PTE setup hitting the streets this year.

Very nice, That 2.3RPM motor seems pretty sick, you know if he is going to rev it higher?

Mine's not as cool as the topmount you made yourself though.
