shops can no longer tint below legal limit, which for the front windows is 50%, so you need to find a person that is willing to do it.
Front windows in a Truck/SUV maybe...
Not sure where the literature is, but Trucks/SUV's only have to comply to the 50% on the front 2 passenger/driver's windows and the windsheild. Cars are held to a different standard, they have to comply to 50% with every window in the vehicle. Look it up if you want.
Two things.... First there is probably 20 threads about this subject alone and one of them is within the last 2 months so search.
Two, I had my tint done by a shop at 30% all around, so when did that law happen?
But to be semi helpful tiens shop is called tint pros. Use them, they rock. Street scenes is closed. Least the good one.
In August.

Simmer down Febo.
because I've been rolling with 30% for awhile now and havent gotten nabbed for it (knock on wood).
I chalk it up to not being a total ass hat driver.
Meh, all depends on where you are. My parent both get hit a few times a year for tint. They both drive slow, Dad drives an 03 Dodge Diesel Ram, Mom drives a 07ish Dodge Aspen. Does not matter what you drive or how you drive. State Poopers seem to be the only ones that even care though.
