^Thanks. I'm only an on-call employee right now, but I'm hoping my hard work will get me to full time asap, but my guess is if they did it would be after the holidays then they won't have to pay me holiday pay.
My wife would have to get covered with me, so that kinda sucks, but once we have kids it will be more of a deal.

I dont know your rank, but here is the deductible information you listed:
That doesn't look like the actual deductible.
If it is $450, then its still a great deal. I work in health insurance, and I see single coverage deductibles in the $1000-$2000 range, and those plans still have a higher monthly premium than you listed.

That seems like a good deal. Currently, I am on a cheaper plan as I haven't been to the doctor in years and could stand higher out of pocket expenses at this time if needed. I will likely start to look at mine soon as it is open season for work. Being able to hop on just about any government medical plan seems to be a bigger PITA than an advantage though.
