"Veteran’s Day is soon approaching and there are several companies who want to thank our veterans by providing them with discounts or a free meal. To those companies offering veterans a free meal or discount, we give a collective thanks."

A lot more businesses are doing stuff for us vets this year. Pretty sweet!

Heck ya! I went and got free dinner downtown at McCormick and Shmits (spelling?). Sundays before Vet's day they usually offer a free meal to vets. I had Jambalaya :)

Great site, thanks for finding that.

FYI - Menards has a 10% discount all the time for vets.

I will follow you and make sure they ID you for trying to impersonate a military veteran.

I'd be all over the Texas Roadhouse free meal, but it ends at 4pm. Huh? That sucks. Plus I'd have to find my DD214, I haven't needed it for 21 years.

I have family that has seen war and you think it's funny to be disrespectful like this? I hope you rot in hell.
