Good place to buy engine blocks?

I picked up an '01 Saab with a spun bearing for my wife. It's interesting to note that Saab's share some similarities with DSM's in that they have forged internals and past engines were stronger than newer ones and they can be swapped easily.

I've tried car-part.com and ebay so far but it seems only long blocks are out there and few of them. Google hasn't yielded much either so I'm wondering if anybody here knows of a good local source.
