Repeated sightings of roaches and rat droppings at a St. Paul restaurant over the past few years led the City Council on Wednesday to shut down Kim Huoy Chor. It was the first time in recent memory that the council revoked all of a restaurant's licenses solely because of health-code violations.

It was so damn good. I ate there almost once a week for lunch ($6 buffet takeout!!) and a few times throughout the summer when people would meet there on Friday/Saturday nights since they opened and I never once got sick. He was gracious enough to let us loiter in his parking lot. Hopefully he can reopen in the future.
