I think its just a ripper thing. My brother and all his buddies do the same shit with sleds and bikes and anything that revs and is meant for fun. I am continually LOLing at him (and I will you too trev!) and tell him smooth is fast, jerky is stupid. Good shit though :) Video of this thing ripping down a field by your house coming soon? :D
I just got my helmet cam so im going to go waterskipping soon!

Yeah I know what you mean for sure; but that sort of thing is actually good for 2 stroke snowmobiles, like I said it keeps a steady amount of gas going into the cylinders. I know Ski-Doo had a huge problem with their Power-Tek sleds; people would drive them at a continuous 40-50mph without blipping the throttle, and as a result were melting them down. Sounds weird I know.
And yeah a good pipe for a sled is hard to find, for the most part a stock pipe will give you the most balance, but aftermarket pipes can give you more power where you want it, most people want a faster hole shot.

Sounds good! Driving it without snow to lube it, is a no no for me though. I cant wait to break out the SRX once the snow falls. woot

I was going to try and get something going last year but the snow conditions were so bad that it wasnt worth it. Was going to get a bunch of the guys up to the taconite trail near grand rapids.

All of our sleds are located in Big Fork, hop skip and jump to Grand rabids. We ususally cruise a large portion of the Taconite. We hit it last year once, but it got pretty bad so we turned around after about 1.5 hours on it.
After that we stuck to the swampsiders trails and the trails on our land (150 acres of forest/swamp land)

I'm down for some sledding this winter. Can't really haul ass on the trails though. My sled is geared down a bit for out west. My also doesn't have stabalizer bars any more so sharp corners are a little iffy haha.
