I don't think that is too uncommon, especially on a piece AFTER the turbo.

Some people have had problems on their manifolds where the coating has flaked off from the inside due to a sub-par coat job and caused problems on the turbo.

I have a set of the fender vents for this Spring as well. The GSR ones aren't much to look at.

The vent install needs some more attention imo. Good look on parts and drop btw.

Can you bolt/zip tie the TB up to the manifold and then flip the butterfly open (and get a pic)? This porting is awesome, I'm jonesin to get it done on my car :D

Ok Scheides...I did the best I could with this. It's not perfect. It's not too great a picture, but it's what you wanted. Hopefully it's good enough! :)

On the flip side, looks hawt! Nice smooth opening and transition ...hrm, stock is 59mm? area=2732 sq mm....this is 64mm, area=3215 sq mm which is a 17% increase in area...nice :)

All those pencils must be like 10 years old. Mom keeps pens, pencils, etc in a cup on the microwave. They are my sister's. I always used mechanical pencils. :D
