Anybody purchased parts from STMTuned

I spen about $360 on parts and still haven't got a single part.It's been over a month now.I Try calling and answering machine picks up the phone. Just wondering if anybody alse in here have got the same service from them.

I was at the DSM Shootout all weekend and spoke with people from STM and they seemed really knowledgeable and BUSY. I would try emailing them because he was on his laptop all day Sunday answering questions and pulling orders off his laptop. The Internet might be your best bet for contact.

I bought a clutch cable from them two weeks ago. It was in the mail the same day and arrived just a few days afterwards. Same goes for the EGR blockoff plate I order from them a year or more ago.

I've had really good luck with them too. Ordered a lot of things, always answered the phone and were super friendly.

Did you order online? Did you get a conformation email?

I ordered an EGR plate from them and it arrived quickly, but he is kind of a dickhead.

They have a decent rep on EvoM AFAIK. Never dealt with them personally.

I did everything the correct way. I order on line with my paypal. I e-mail them and don't get a respond. Oh well I guess Im just one out of 10.LOL.
SAD it looked like a legit performance store to me.

I ordered my fuel pump rewire kit from them and got it 4 days later.
