Make sure your clutch master isn't leaking. If it looks like the one in that pic, it's leaking and would cause your disengagement issue.

Axle hanger came loose, causing the boot to come partially off.(dont mind the oil its just from the power steering loop leaking, I plan to pull the rack when the tie rod ends get replaced here soon)

Heres a pretty awesome heat mark on the front and back of the flywheel in the same spot.

Heres the whole reason it came back out, last 2 pics are centered on my old fidanza starter ring.

Clutch disk looked good as did the pressure plate, scuffed em with some 400 grit and put em in with the fidanza.
http://i121.photobucket.com/albums/o212/allmotorpower/Tsi%20Awd/IMG00312-20110126-0136.jpg
Being that the fidanza was used, I rolled around it with a 60grit 3M ROLOC disc on a pneumatic sander a few times to make sure there weren't any gouges/groves/unseen high/low spots in it, followed by a 100grit surfacing pad which left it with a nice smooth level finish. Wish I would have taken some pics of this......
Car Shifts better than it ever has since the clutch disengages with one push of the pedal and not 25 pumps haha.

Heres some more turbo trivia...

and I checked right near the flange towards the CHRA and there is indeed an 070 so its a 7cm turbine housing aswell, forgot to take note of the other numbers though.
Couple front shots

The car shifted awesome, and the creep issue was fixed after I noticed that the WG flapper arm coming off of the turbine housing had gotten bent somehow....... After straightening that out, I was only getting about 3lbs of creep with the boost controller set at 10 lbs,so I set it to 15lbs and it held just fine all the way to redline.
Then on friday
Then on friday I was having some issues with my stock Radiator leaking, come to find out the plastic separated from the aluminum.
So I fitted up a civic radiator I had laying around.( the fins are pretty rotten/non existent in most spots, but the tubes and endtanks are solid)
http://i121.photobucket.com/albums/o212/allmotorpower/Tsi%20Awd/IMG00329-20110130-0054.jpg
http://i121.photobucket.com/albums/o212/allmotorpower/Tsi%20Awd/IMG00336-20110130-0112.jpg
I had to temporarily JB weld the upper and lower neck from the Talon radiator onto the civic one for the time being, because the Honda rad uses smaller hoses.(I bought some adapters and removed the jbwelded ends on Monday)
http://i121.photobucket.com/albums/o212/allmotorpower/Tsi%20Awd/IMG00335-20110130-0112.jpg
I plan to get an aluminum Honda/half size radiator, then I'll just weld the correct size upper and lower necks onto it.
http://i121.photobucket.com/albums/o212/allmotorpower/Tsi%20Awd/IMG00338-20110130-0728.jpg
After swapping in the adapters on monday I went for a test spin and it blew the upper radiator hose, so I put it back on and went out for test run#2 and attempted to make a 3rd gear pull ,well the temp went from 180 to 215.
Let it cool down all the way, pulled the rad cap and fired it up......
Bubbles....... but once the car warmed up it stopped bubbling.
So, the heads comin off sooner than later, seems the oil leak that ran along the headgasket was not from the intake came seal since it has gotten alot worse aswell, the cars fine as long as you stay out of boost, but whats the fun in that.

Did you burp the coolant system good? I have heard you need a dual core radiator when running a half sized one like that also.

one of the perks of having 2x rad caps with this setup haha, filled the radiator first with it running then filled it at the thermostat housing.
It had hardly any air in the system when I removed the cap and restarted it.
I had heard that about the half size radiators aswell, and will be purchasing a 2 core aluminum one after I get the headgasket replaced.
