What these guys have said.

But yes, these cars can and do handle well set up decently. I've enjoyed my 1g at BIR, awd is fun.

Yeah, that's a newer version of it, very nice. I've got the old Taboo speed shop ones, he's been out of business for years. Shows you how fast I get around to these projects.

t Koni Yellows with Hypercoil springs and some adjustable pillow tops were the best handling option out there.

True story, they work great on my 2G!! I just had to ditch the upgraded rear sway bar due to it being too tight and over steering. If you can get Bilsteins I wanna say they have a better shock rate than the Koni's but you might wanna double check that. Sure would be nice to have some camber adj like you 1g guys!!

Could I use my Ksport upper front camber plates with an aftermarket shock?

My 1G AWD is very low, the rear toe and camber is HORRIBLE.

Sure, if the bolt pattern is the same.

K-sport upper plates have aluminum hats that are sized for small dia. coil springs. I think you would need new hats machined.

They have adjustable control arms now for rear camber. My lower ones are shortened and welded back together 90's style.

I have stock KYB gr2 shocks with prothane bushing everywhere and motor mounts and and strut bars and my car feels like a go cart around corners. If only it were faster now!
