I plan on ordering new main and rod bearing to day. I need to get standed ones but thy offer a standard and a standard with a .001 oil clearance. What one do I need to get. Has any one on here used the standard with the .001 oil clearance. What should I do?

This. When I had Gosh freshen up my motor this spring I had to wait for a week for ACL's from North Carolina. That was back in March/April.

I should pull the ACLs out of my motor and sell them for big bucks! =D

Get some Clevite bearings. Good quality and around the same price.

^this, and last time I was at MAP, they said 5+week wait on 4g63 ACL race bearings. If you get bearings with more oil clearance your probably going to want to run thicker oil, I dunno about evo heads but dsm heads don't cooperate as well with thicker oil...
