Really low oil pressure

Clever. Usually you just pound out the bearings for the balance shafts out (the balance shaft makes a nice punch for pressing them out). Then rotate them so the oiling holes don't line up any more.

Yeah, but the balance shaft wasn't assembled with the engine, and my friend forgot to put the bearing back in, but luckily all i had to do only took 4 hours and the sacrifice of a drill bit with a diameter just under .223" without having to take all the crap of the front of the block.
