So I was coming home from work yesterday...

I was getting off of 169 and going to take a left hand turn. My light was green so I was going normal and about to take the turn when some asshat pulls out from the straight lane and hits my right side. The damage starts at about middle way through my front tire. I was soo pissed, this car was in amazing condition! I know the front fender and door are fucked. I dunno if the rear fender can be repaired? its got a semi good dent in it.

On to a new car? Or maybe another miata?

Sucks to hear! That looks repairable though assuming insurance doesn't want to just total it out. Since he hit you though you should be able to fight to have it repaired rather than totaled.

Maybe I will be able to get a paint job out of it. KBB is only 1,595.

HAHA that makes me laugh, you cant find a miata in my condition for under 3,000. ANYWHERE!

Does anyone know if I can fight what they decide to give me? because there is no way I am accepting 1595 for my car if it gets totalled out.

They go by what cars for sale in the area go for, NOT by blue book. I am dealing with this right now.
