I applaud him and his staff for speaking the truth about the situation and the ridiculous hand tying polices regarding the rules of engagement along with everything else.

It's rediculous that any fucking civilian i.e. politician, should be in charge of a war. The only thing that comes of it is stupid god damn rules like the ones mentioned in the article. There is no way in hell we will ever actually finish the job with restrictions like those on the troops.
