You need to know which bolts they came with.

These are the rods i have. It says they come with 3/8" ARP 2000 Bolts.

Did you try taking that info to the ARP paged I linked?

I looked on the page but all i could find is the Mitsubishi rod cap bolts, but there was no mencion of the series bolt.
and if thats the case, then i torqued them to the correct specs. So hopefully it was just the bearing messed up i will hope for the best.

If you look on that page they show specific part numbers of the bolts. You need to contact Manley and find out which bolt they used in your rods. Then you will know which torque spec is correct.
