Nothing like pushing up the price of consumer goods even further. Please keep in mind not only will this hit your wallet with each fill-up, but also with anything that involves transportation costs, monthly utility bills, etc. With the current economy maybe our government should focus on bringing consumer prices down?

The key provisions are a one-year extension of about 50 popular tax breaks that expired at the end of last year, and expanded unemployment benefits, including subsidies for health insurance, through the end of the year.
