Looks like a knock-off Tial 38mm.

I'll give ya $10 and an Arizona iced tea for it.. It's a knock off, I'm guessing, and I'm assuming there's no markings on it, or else you wouldn't be asking

If I recall correctly real Tial wastegates have Tial cast into the body and machined into the aluminum part on top.

That is a mitsu internal wastegate off a 14b.

It actually looks kind of small, so I'm thinking it came off a 13g actually.
