Yes that is a Lancer. It does have a turbo. makes a whopping 189 fwhp. From my home town. He has a big vinyl sticker on the trunk that says "LANCER EVOLVED". Makes me sad :(

100% positive its an Exiege. Check the mirrors and in the reflection you can see the side air dams
