B7 S4's have the same exact body I do.

I looked at a 2003 RS6 just a couple months before buying the V. With a chip and couple mods they make pretty good power. I think one was at 500whp and 520wtq at MAP's last dyno day. Too bad they require a tbelt job every 30k miles and are probably even less reliable than a CTS-V.
