At least you were honest with UHG. They should be glad you didn't just not show up or stay in a position you weren't happy with wasting both their time and money.

I hated the corporate atmosphere with UHG; I was miserable my entire 13 months with them and the effort I put forth reflected that.

This is the contract to hire one.
The job wasnt that bad but there were a few things that didnt appeal to me:
- It had an emphasis in provisioning of users and auditing peoples rights to softwares (BORING)
- The cubical and office i was in had no character and thus was draining on my soul :)
- The offer that was presented for the new company has too much potential that i would always be saying "What if..." and it would drive me nuts. More Money, more in tune with what i want to do with the rest of my life, and its in a Big Shiney Building (i have always wanted to work in a big shiney building)
