Are you sure the clutch is working properly? Sounds like it's not fully disengaging which means when the car is stopped and you press in the clutch the transmission it still spinning and won't let the car go into gear.

Adjust your clutch. My guess is your engagement needs to be raised so its not right on the floor.

Ok I will adjust it if that don't work I'm going to buy a new one. Any suggestions on a good aftermarket clutch? Thanks for the help btw.

Didn't you just buy a new clutch? Why not fix the actual problem rather than blinding throwing more parts at it? If adjusting the engagement doesn't help then you'll want to look at your master and slave cylinders to make sure neither is leaking. Its possible the system needs to be rebled too. If none of that works then inspect the pivot points on the pedal assembly. After all that checks out then you may need to confirm the step height on your flywheel was machined properly.

I have had like three machanics look at it and try to fix it and it's really frustrating.non of them ever really worked on imports but a clutch is a clutch. I'm not sure if they ver adjusted it before but one guy won't even answer my calls cause he is sick of messing with it. I don't know why to do so of buying a new clutch will fix it I'm down.

Rather than having mechanics with no DSM/Mitsu experience fumble around with it why not just bring it to one of our sponsor shops?
