Well its finally time for me to be judged.
Tomarrow is a Court trial about a speeding ticket i recieved on my way to school, i was paying attention to the traffic around me instead of my speed (which i feel is much more important) and I was profiled because of the car i drive (if anyone denies that 2gs are profiled i do have proof.)
Thrusday i have the big jury trial case of the reckless driving. My main Defence that can think of is that it should not be considered reckless, but maybe an unnessary acceleration or exhibition driving instead. (all i could think of). more then likely a loss but ill try to put up a good fight. if anything ill plead it down to the careless.
Wish me luck.
Tom

Good luck, Tom.

Maybe it's time to take up a career in law. ;)

Yeah, you must be getting pretty good in the court room with all of your experience.

i think trying to knock it down to unnecesarry accelleration is a good idea. a few months ago i got one of those for drifting my dads infinity J30 around a corner and partially through an intersection going 40mph at like 1am. it was totally reckless driving. when the cop asked me why i thought he pulled me over i said "for driving like a dumbass sir." then when backup showed up, i could hear them talking and laughing to each other. cause seriously, whats not funny about seeing a car-boat going sideways.

Good luck and just to be safe drive like 5mph under the limit to and from court, makesure you put extra money in the meter and duck tape a front licence plate on if need be.
