FP Black goes 9.3@146mph!

It was a great night tonight even with only 1 pass as the track was packed and we have an Event this weekend.. Right off the trailer on a brand new FP Black Setup the car turned a 9.33@146mph.. Breaking the Stock Ecu MPH & ET Record and setting the fastest ET for a stock frame turbo.. This car was a budget project of ours and its shaping up to be one the sickest setups we have ever assembled.. Nothing is sweeter than a stock looking Evo under the hood that runs LOW 9's.. For those that live under a rock and missed our FP Black Thread here is the mod list..

60ft was a 1.35 :eek:

ALSO, Peak Boost was only 36psi in 4th.. 33psi on 1-3rd so this car has a BUNCH left in it.. 150+ is around the corner!!!

I want to say thanks to everyone that helped out this week to get this car prepared for this weekends Event.. With a steady workflow its not easy keeping your own stuff going sometimes..

Didn't say what tires this was on...1.35 60'? Must have been motorcycle slicks or something! Still insane when you look at it next to some of the other cars that have into this territory on stock frame turbos. Still very much a street car.

Build your car to have fun, simple as that. You're not some pro racer and you'll never be the fastest out there. Cars are a hobby...enjoy it rather than trying to keep up with the Jones'!

Nobody here is trying to come off better than you so give the emo shit a rest. You catch so much flak because all you do is talk about your car, you don't actually do anything with it. You continually build up your car then part it out and start all over again b/c some guy on some website got a bigger turbo than you and ran a good time with it.
