I picked up a 90 turbo FWD laser and have found a few interesting things on it. The pics below show what to do if your upper i/c pipe is flanged for a tial BOV and you don't have one. :)
Step 1- Find a piece of hose you can fit around the tial flange
Step 2- Tighten the hose over the tial flange and attach it to the stock hard pipe with a stock BOV
Step 3- Go to Menards and buy a rubber cap for the other end of the hard pipe. Install it.
Step 4- Use a piece of radiator hose to recirculate the BOV into the intake. Use a zip tie to ensure the hose it tight

The BOV mount is downward so it was sitting just above the tranny :). I didn't even bother to see if it leaks. It was clamped down pretty well, so I am guessing it probably functioned ok.
The car drove on and off the trailer ok, but I haven't done too much with it yet. I need to pull the ebay 16g off of it and am not sure if I will throw a 14b or 16g on it yet. Didn't even try using the ebay turbo. Found out what is was when I was pulling the nice BOV setup off.

Tom, I don't think you would want the ebay 16g. From what I have heard, they are all garbage. I wouldn't test it with your new motor. I would trade it to you, but I think I would probably be ripping you off.
If you are interested in the fine piece listed above, I will give you a good deal :)

Probably used the zip tie because he lost the other radiator hose clamp.
