Anyone know where I can find a FAQ on E85 conversion for an Evo? I did a search and I don't wanna ask redundant question :D
I found one on Evolutionm.net but that was for an Evo X. Anyone know where I can find information for an Evo VIII?

Have you joined evomn.net yet? If not you really should. Thats where you will get alot more info on evo stuff from all the local evo owners.

All you need is more fuel. Bigger injectors and a walbro 255HP for stock to medium sized turbos. Huge injectors and more fuel pump for big turbos.

It's pretty simple actually: Walbro 255, larger injectors, and a reflash ;)
Edit: Whoa triple post! lol

And for tuning pretty much ignore your knock sensor because you can usually add way too much timing before seeing knock. Knock just isn't very useful for tuning E85 unlike pump gas; yes you still log it just in case of an issue. You need to either dyno or log and estimate hp (road dyno) to get your timing just right.
To get the fueling right, I just divide the injector comp by 1.4 to change it to E85 and it works out pretty well.

isnt e85 corrosive?
if so, the walbro is can withstand the corrosives?
What would larger injectors be considered? 1000cc?
e85 screw with a wideband? aem ugeo?

E85 is not corrosive.

1000s would good for stock turbos. E85 is not very corrosive, methanol is very corrosive. I haven't seen any Walbro failures from E85. E85 is easy on O2 sensors, unlike leaded race gas.

I have 1000cc's and I have made 458 wheel at RS motors at 90% IDC. I have been running e85 for about 20k and have no problems with my fuel pump or and fuel lines.

Oh sweet! Alright so lets say i change my gas, and injectors, Do i need to do something before I limp it to Shane for a tune?
Or is there a way i can tune it a little before i bring it there just so it is safe when driving for about 20 miles?
