me and the wife got a $800.00 credit, it applies to your paid in taxes so you get more back but you don't get a check for said amounts.

WHat qualifies you for that poor wage credit?
My return is going to fixing a few things wrong with the fiances (Sp?) car and then we are paying for our Wedding and somewhat of a honeymoon.

The $400 credit is the "make work pay". Applies if you aren't a gov. employee retirement benefit, and if you dont make more than $75k a year. New for 2009 and 2010 returns if I remember correctly.

well i did my taxes today getting 1800 back not sure what I will use it for yet..most likely paying off my debt so I will be debt free.
