Ok so i have a 95 tsi awd that i picked up where the pistons hit the valves. Problem is the kid left the car sit with the head and everything off, and the engine kinda rusted out. I have a perfectly running N/T 6 bolt 4g63 GS that i drive, and i was thinking about running that motor in my tsi awd. Now if i drop in some turbo pistons (not worried about having oil squirters) and put some turbo cams in the head should that take care of everything? also what is the install like as far as matching up the turbo parts. I have all the turbo parts on the talon do I just swap the shit over, and install it like a 6 bolt in a 2g or what? anyway just figure id ask to see if someone who has done it, It doesnt seem to hard from what i read, but things never go as easy as you think lol, and just wondered if you would have any pointers
Thanks!!

It all matches up you just need to install a knock sensor in the block, or you could disasemble the block in your car and have it all hot tanked at a machine shop

Whats up Dion? That 6 bolt motor will work like Twack said. The only things I would watch out for is to make sure you're using a 1g intake manifold with that 1g head. Basically, the whole thing should be just like a 6 bolt swap into a 2g.
