Speeders beware: MN State Patrol sports new wheels

The Minnesota State Patrol is putting new wheels on the road designed to stop and catch aggressive drivers.
The state patrol is using five new Dodge Chargers that are only marked with a small state patrol logo on the passengers side.
The patrol says the goal of the new vehicles is to allow its troopers to blend in with traffic. The state patrol released dash cam video of how the vehicles work. The video showed one unlucky driver who made the mistake of darting in and out of traffic, tailgating, and excessively speeding without noticing the trooper's vehicle. "He didn't know it was a squad car," said Capt. Matt Langer. "In fact, at one time he thought the trooper was trying to race with him." The new cruisers cost the same as the highly-visible state patrol vehicles.
