YEAR: 1998
MAKE: Pontiac
MODEL: Grand Prix GT
MILES: 164xxx
DESCRIPTION: 4-door, 3800 V6. Every possible option. Black Leather, Silver exterior, premium alloy wheels, heads up display, steering wheel controls, cruise, sunroof, the whole works. Needs a head gasket.. But, this car is in mint condition. Only cosmetic issue, is that it is starting(JUST STARTING!) to rust underneath the gas cap door. I need money for my integra, I need this thing gone. You won't find a nicer one and really think about what you are getting for about 3000 bucks(if you take it to a GM dealer for the head gasket, it will cost about 1000. To a pretty good mechanic who works on the side, about 600 bucks with parts.
PRICE: 2000
Call me for details 507-250-7531, it really is an incredible car, but I just need the money. I have 2900 into it and I've only had it for a couple months, and also, my dad is a dealer, but this is my personal car. I put 4000 miles on it myself since I've had it, and the head gasket going out was very sudden. It hasn't been driven since.

Pics have been attatched.

Are you sure it's not the intake manifold gasket?

So wait you want $2k for a 12 yr old grand prix that has visible rust even though small with a blown head gasket?

While I love these cars and would def rock one, $2k for a car that needs a HG seems to be a bit off.

i would def start with a lower intake, hardly ever seen head gaskets go bad on these

lol.. I'll just fix it and sell it then. But yes, it is head gasket.

think about how much car you are getting for about 2700 bucks.. Honestly. The rust isn't even visible. It's just paint starting to bubble.

$2700 not too much car there, my bro just got a 125k mile taurus for $500 and it needs a rear door if you care and 1 wheel bearing. Tranny is good shape too.
