Kinda light in the loafers if this an attempt to compete with Evo, STi, etc...

I like the article for the hybrid Honda saying it's supposed to be like the modern CRX, but they wonder if it can even match the MPG of the old non-hybrid CRX haha

Those old CRX HF's got 50mpg on a good day, my buddy had one. I had the SI and I got at 35mpg even driving it like a kid. Wasn't much to those things, my buddies would rotate mine 90 degrees in our school parking lot so I was wedged between to cars. That kinda sucked.

I'd drive that buick for sure. I loved my moms 2001 regal gs (3.8l supercharged), cause it as comfy as hell to drive, and had a little pepper too..haha

If they wanted to rework their image for old timers, they should have named it Buick Regal GN! Bring back that 6 Cyl turbo.

I'm not feeling the new design but luckly its just the "showcase" version..? The design of it looks like a Hyundai/Infiniti. Looks like it would compete nicely against the Evo/Sti class but I think it's going to take a couple more models until it can beat a car in it's class.

I'm glad to see so many more AWD cars being made--once upon a time your options were nearly limited to Subaru. The fact that AWDs turn in better lap times on dry pavement seems to have finally gotten out...you use to hear nothing but 'extra 300 lbs of transmissions junk is useless...' in the reviews.

I saw this late last week. Looks like a good option for buick. Brembo's, Recaro Seats, awd, turbo, and a 6sp sound like a great combo! I dunno if i would call it a evo/sti fighter, not enough hp and too heavy... but A4/S4, S60R, SHO fighter I can see.
The car is an Opel Insignia OPC the only difference is that in europe it has a turbo V6.
+1 on more cars being make AWD!
