And yes I am going to try to do the Talon rear end but it's not going to be easy... (on the white car above)...

I'm fixing the front bumper because some parts were uneven.. So here is how the bumper sits: http://i467.photobucket.com/albums/rr38/imports4life/100_1891.jpg http://i467.photobucket.com/albums/rr38/imports4life/100_1892.jpg

Here is the Talon too. All yellow areas need to be cut, filled or changed in some way...

Damn I haven't updated this in awhile!

Not much progress has happened since the last update post. I did make a different manifold for the car. Its a top-mount with a nice size turbo. I cut the hatch open and put a hinge between it and the car. Anyways, here are pictures (yes, I got picture happy).

One of the many ideas I used as refrence.

Setup on the wrong chassis.

Some of you may ask why I take so many pictures. My answer would have to be: With modeling most-often times I/you have to let the pictures do the talking.

Here are a few of the Eclipse as of now.

I put some wheels on to see what it would look like.

Looks pretty cool! I remember doing this with a Formula Firebird model many years ago. Used old telephone wire strands for plug wires and such. I had a pic of the engine bay from Car and Driver and just went to town. Glued in a piece of a sock turned inside out into the interior for carpetting. It was a tedious job, but was so cool when it was done. It looked so authentic. I did coolant lines, wiring harnesses, etc under the hood. I'll see if I can find some pics of it. Kind of hard to explain.

Good luck with yours. I might have to start doing some model car building again someday when I have more time. Gotta get a lighted magnifying lens again before I start doing detailing like that again.

Yeah, it’s always cool to put things you don't use anymore to use. I know I have a Firebird I was in the process of turboing and made floor mats and a trunk/hatch area rug/mat out of an old wallet.

I have never ACTAULLY done wiring harnesses and kept them. I had a shop diorama not too long ago and I just put a bunch of spare wire together. Then had an engine lift next to it with the engine hanging out. Just making it look real, lol.

I know what you mean by explaining. That is why I say pictures do the best explaining, hahaha. It would be great to see some pics. of it. It sounds like it has LOADSSS of work into it.

I have to agree with the lit mag. len(s). I do not have one but I am SURE it would help tramediously.
