Most people run an Aeromotive A1000, myself included. They work well, and aren't too expensive. I've heard good things about the Fuel Lab regulators too.

I haven't heard anything bad about eBay ones. They're like $35

I run areomotive ones in my cars. They work great.
On the ebay ones they leak and don't hold right at least the ones I have seen on peoples cars

The top half of mine (regulator portion) is by SX, and Buscher adapted it to bolt directly on the fuel rail and hooks to the stock location of the return fuel line, so I like it.

Either tap your rail for NPT and adapt to AN or buy an aftermarket rail (FIC is what I have) and get a Mini Fuelab and mount on end (will clear cam cover) and looks way cleaner than having it on firewall.
Here is an old pic of modded stock rail:

The stock one, OEM :) For your evo? Even with twin pumps the stocker is fine, as long as they are not wired on all the time.
Otherwise, I like the SX or aeromotive. Do a perrin fuel rail at the same time.

I had the Fuellab one on my car. It was the bigger one, worked very nice, and had two 10AN ports for dual fuel rail setups. I had one blocked.
