Not this:

But the tool used to twist the tensioner itself, it fits into the two holes:

I've used a few homemade ones, and while they got the job done, I'd like to find one that the pins don't bend on and you can actually fit a wrench on the nut once its twisted. I think MHI makes a tool for it, but I've heard other tools are out there. What do you use?

I have one Chris, Ill let you borrow it if you need it. Otherwise Miller is the company that makes it. Also Jayracing sells a kit.

What is the miller one like? The jayracing one looks perfect, has anyone else used that? for $20, that fits the bill nicely (as long as it works good!).

Yummy, that one looks even nicer, no socket needed. Can you still fit a wrench on the bolt head ok with this tool? IT doesn't appear to have the notch cut out like the jayracing one does.

His is a stamped steel piece with the 2 prongs and a rubberized handle (no socket needed), I'd get a link but I'm on my iPhone.
