Someone needs to buy this turbo and make some power with it, I'm sure on pump and E85 it'll make nearly as much as a 50-trim with way better bottom-end, WAY better powerband. Plus you get a turbo you don't have to rebuild every year or three.

I like the concept, especially since I'm going backwards and want a total stock look. This baby might still be in my future, I only buy my turbos from FP anyways, they've never let me down yet.

Don't fear #'s coming soon on my winter beater. FP's new 68HTA is the shit if you want a nice 10 second 500 hp street car, this is now my second favorite turbo, first is the 86HTA of course:) Will be installing a custom JMF SMIM and FIC's 900cc Bosch injectors in the next couple of days on the winter rat and will hit the dyno next weekend, hope not to disapoint.

maybe if everyone but you was running 2 of them we could make that much too.

Fix.t

He made 499 on a reg E316G, it will actually be surprising if he doesn't hit 530 or so.

I was thinking about this turbo last night while talking to a noob down here, if the 16G holds the 30psi to redline or more with no crazy tricks AND can live at high boost levels like these HTAs are advertised too, then it is really doing its job the extra spool and everything else is really just a bonus.

Curt, I don't know if you are going to put the 68 on your drag car but if you would, could you post the numbers that it makes on your winter beater.(which is beautiful by the way, 80s ftw!)

Drag car is under a full re-do for next year, that 68HTA would make mad HP on that car, the beater shouldn't do to bad though. The 499whp on the black car was on Q16 with boost falling to 22 or so(with 5 washers shimming the gate). ow on E85 I think the 68HTA will hold over 30psi.
