Anna and I are gunning for a new tv! Samsung 40" LCD going for about $600 in a few places :D

I actually just bought a Samsung 40 inch LCD 1080p 60hz... i f'n love it, best and worst 900 ive ever spent

My roommate who works for Ultimate Electronics told me they are having something like a 7 hour sale on top of their Black Friday sale. These items are not quantity limited like the Black Friday items are.

$900 ouch, you got owned! They're $800@costco (and best buy IIRC)!

*edit* they're on sale for $713...damn!

Hopefully he was able to get some sort of warranty with it.

Unfortunately not, it wouldve cost me another 50-100 bucks for warranty so i said to hell with it. I just saw today that best buy is selling my exact tv for 650 wtf. Oh well i kinda expected it seeing as how i bought it earlier this year instead of now.

That is true, and on Black Friday our store is selling them for $550
