I'll bet that on x box live marketplace you will be able to buy or download some cars that they didn't put in the game
The '92 Talon was on the initial leaked car list, as well as the GVR4. I wasn't surprised when the game didn't ship with them, but the fact that they made a tentative list is definitely a start.
