With that logic, sounds like you need a BMW since $$$ = quality. And they must use better metal in case you get into a car accident and your car gets crushed in the process.
Have you ever looked at the Evo's crash test ratings? LOL There is a reason we had no '07 model here and instead got the '06 SE :D
I do agree with you though on one thing, Rotas are probably fine for a street car, but there is no way I would put them on a car that sees track duty.

Yes, as they work on evos fine, like what I posted. But, I want the wheels I posted, on a 1g DSM.

Just think of how the stock evo wheels are on 1gs with a 17x8 + 35 or +37 or whatever they are.... then minus 20mm of offset, then minus another 6ish mm so ... -26mm-ish which is a little over an inch(for something like that evo's which is probably a 18x9 +15 offset)... I believe it would stick out about an extra inch with your camber at 0. But that's just a guesstimation of offset calculating in my head.

REALLY old pic of it, but that's the clearest side shot I can find as quickly as I could. I still am more-so concerned with offset as cher explained, I'm not sure I'll get the look I want with out them sticking 4 inches out like mexi-rice.
