how many of us converted to dsms from chevys..

-First car was a 94 cavalier that I really had no choice in owning.
-Second car was a 97 Chrysler Concorde i had a bunch of audio stuff in (3 12's, amp, etc.)
-Third car was a shitter 2 door 97 Grand Am GT with a 5 speed. Was good on gas is about all.
-Fourth car was a 97 Dodge Avenger that I bought when I was 18 and wanted to make fast, always wanted a Hahn tubo kit for it but I ended up settling for making it nice looking it instead of spending tons of money on something that would max out at 13's.

Somewhere between car #3 and #4 is when I got into DSM's, tried the whole daily driver thing and ended up getting my Subie lol

my first was a 91 laser rs, fwd non turbo 5spd. really didnt know about turbo's and had no clue about anything dsm. switch over to a granny car after i bent 10 valves in the laser. had a couple mini vans and a v-6 camaro till i ended up with a 98 rs eclipse. had that for a couple years when i finally found my 97 gsx. sold my rs to some stupid kid for 4 grand and bought my gsx an hour later for the same price! im a die hard dsm man for sure!

I started off with 2 cavy's until I finally got a 95 gst. Which crankwalked on me the 2nd day I had it.. Ever since then it's been dsm's other than my daily drivers (taurus, s10, and now an audi.) I even got 3 of my friends so far to get into dsm's. I know i'm a bad friend. haha

I was a Mustang fan, when I had my old 86' GT, but I was 17 at the time and surprise surprise, I got in trouble with it. Had an old supra after that, then got a 90 Tsi AWD while I was in college, that broke alot so I ended up having to scrap it. But my first car takes the cake an 87 Dodge omni. My dad got it for 50 dollars, but then I had to pay 300 to fix it so I could drive it.

Started with a Gm (grand am, lame), went to dsm's (3 total), then to the stealth, now have an Audi, and will be going to GM power again most likely (ls1 powered something).

Started with a 1971 Impala, had about 75 cars after that before I bought my 1991 Talon AWD, then sold that and bought my current GSX. I've had a lot of Chevy's since then, 2007 Tahoe LTZ was my favorite.:tongue:

I went from a real nice supercharged 2004 Chevy SS 6.0 to the Evo. I still do not know which one I like better.
