I was referring to those tribal windshield banners people put on their cars. Didn't know people got that in tatoos too. Is there any meaning behind the design or is it more or less just something that nice to look at?

I was J/K anyway.I don't know about windshield banners, but there are about 50 different types of "tribal" designs, including Indian, Japanese, Celtic and a ton more. Most of the "tribal" Tattoos are more American, than anything else.
