Buy it from FP or an FP authorized retailer.

I'm guessing the best way by far is to just call FP directly and ask this question. They'd probably help you out.

the guy I'm buying it from showed me some receipts but it looked kind of wack thats why i'm asking, and can't seem to find this turbo on any performance site now even FP.. seems like after the new 68HTA came out they took it off the market or something can't find it not even on extremepsi..

If you have any doubt about a used turbo then run away. There are too many fakes on the market to risk it. For the price you can big up a brand new genuine EvoIII 16G its just not worth taking a chance.

the thing about this turbo is that it's brand new, never used before and the guy is from Michigan. He was going to put it in his GSX but crash it and never got to put it in. Now he's just parting out parts from his car to sell to get something new..
