power windows wont work..

ok well im putting a talon together for my buddy who is coming home from the army and have run into a problem..

the power windows wont work checked the fuse,relays everything. the motors have power going to them, but the only way i can get the drivers window to work is to jump the relay, and that only works for the drivers window.. the car is a 90 but has a 92 engine harness.. any help would be great! thanks

check and see if you have ground at the motor as well. it takes power and ground for an electric motor to work. and see how much voltage you have at the motor you may be getting power to it but it might not be enough

tryed new switches and its getting 12.xx volts

My guess is you have a bad relay or a bad connection somewhere.
