Weird Hesitation

My car has been acting weird lately. Until the thing gets fully warmed up, it wants to die as soon as you touch the gas, but then catches itself. Also, when you lean onto the gas once it has warmed up it goes really lean for a second then gives it fuel and it pulls like a raped ape, but is lean at the same time.

I've put new plugs in, set ignition timing, checked for boost leaks, everything seems good to go. My last guess is some how its not getting enough fuel pressure maybe. Any ideas?

fpr. a lot of people have been having thier fuel pressure regulators go on then recently

Another thing I forgot to mention that does point to a fpr problem is when I pulled the old plugs. I noticed cylinder 1 was white, 2 was about perfect brown, and 3 and 4 smelled rich in fuel.

you cant really go off those old plugs because those were the plugs you drove 30 miles on 2 blow cylinders

I just swapped fpr's and its still acting up. Any other thoughts?
