So my brother finaly gets his conquest to stop burning oil by adding a aftermarket head after having the entire bottom end rebuilt now he has a problem with oil blowing out of his dipstick.
what could cause the added pressure in the crank case.

I myselfe suspect the guy who built the motor didnt put the right rings in or didnt install them right in the first place.

Lookin for someone to solitify my idea on this.

well, to me it sounds like your crankcase isnt breathing properly...are all the breathers and hoses connected right?

I agree with the crank case breathing.

Is the new head a non-jet valve head ?

Is the PCV valve working correctly ?

Boost leak test , and pop you oil cap , does air come out like opening a soda ?

There is a trick we use on our stocker Conquest , take a boot from a StarQuest plug wire and slip it onto the dipstick , fits nice and snug.

its a non jet head, pcv was bipassed because of blow through.

Bigger breather lines, the stock ones are too small. The more the merrier too. Also, I took a pliers and pinched the end of the dipstick tube a bit when mine came out once. Now it's nice and snug. But replace the stock oil separator with a breather can. Get one with an oil drainback fitting if you can find one.

it does have air in it like a pop can when you take the cap off yes and as of right now it isnt leaking from the dipstick but rather the breather on the pan and also a little from the oil cap on the valve cover
