Your mistake is you left it in auto mode :) I always hate driving in auto mode, on this style transmission or a regular auto; you feel like you have no control over what the car is going to do based on throttle input and it sometimes shifts, sometimes doesn't...just sucks, I HATE automatics. It didn't do that for the short time I left it in that on my test drives, but then again I focused on the manual shifting stuff...maybe I should go drive another one and see how I like it. Have to get Anna's opinion on it too I guess, since she uses auto mode 100% of the time.

Anyone know if the sunroof and heated seats are an option on the 2010 GSR?

I believe the lip spoiler, sunroof and heated/leather seats are exclusive to the MR touring model.

The MR touring is the one I'd get. It looks so good with the lip spoiler, and the other features are a nice touch. I'm sure you could get the the MR touring for under $40k. Who the heck pays MSRP these days?

They are not.

Also, I did not just leave it in auto mode. I tried all to modes to get a good feel for everything the transmission has to offer. Auto-normal, auto-sport (this was the worst), and "manual" (if you really want to call it that).

Im with scheides on this one, I love the MR touring options (lip spoiler, sunroof, heated seats)... but not sure how I feel about the SST and the price tag. I would like to test drive an SST and just see how it feels.

South Coast Mitsu is selling the MR touring for like 38... I think.
