After some safc tuning, the car seemed to be running fine, idled for like 5-10mins fine and didnt die or anything when we were tuning it in. I turned the car off, let it set for like 15mins and hopped in it for another run, and the safc wouldnt turn on. Had my friend run through it and rewire it up nice, and ran a new power to it so it would turn on. Now the issue is that the MPI fuse keeps blowing and not allowing spark at all as well as no power to the ecu (is getting fuel). As soon as we replace the fuse, it blows. When we hard wire the terminals (i know you're not supposed to do that) the ignition kicks on, and the ecu recieves power. Obviously the the wire gets hot and this wont work as a long term solution. Any ideas on whats going? Have a couple thoughts, that maybe a wire is grounding somewhere, but thats about it. Any help would be nice.
Thanks,
Dan.

I had the same problem on my GVR4.

The MFI relay's metal cover had vibrated loose and was shorting the relay internally.
