We have been working on this for quite some time and have finally made some progress! Our goal was to make an affordable turbo kit for the DSM market that will actually hold up to the abuse us DSMers put them through over time, and we think we have accomplished just that :)

This kit features a solid T3 manifold that is provisioned for a 38mm wastegate with 1/2" thick flanges and 14 Gauge 304 Stainless Steel Tubing which is accompanied by a stainless steel 4 bolt O2 housing and dump tube. We will be offering this package in several different variations so that customers that already have a wastegate or turbocharger can get only what they need! Here are some preliminary estimates in regards to pricing, please let us know what you think!

Basic System (Manifold / O2 Housing / Dump Tube Only) $699.99
Complete System (Includes everything above as well as your choice of several journal bearing T3 turbochargers and a Turbosmart or Tial 38mm wastegate) $1549.99

With that said, we are looking for someone to put this prototype kit through its paces ;) We have already verified fitment on our in house jig, and we are confident that this system will perform flawlessly. Please contact us for more information if you are interested in doing some testing on this initial system.

Looks very nice. Are you going to sell them as kits rated to a certain HP?

What are the turbo options?

I too am interested/curious. My mind has gone through many different variant setups (when doesn't it) and one is a "street" t3 setup with a 35 variant or 6262/6765 setup..

Any T3 4 bolt turbocharger should work with this kit, and the turbocharger would be the determining factor in regards to potential horsepower :)

Toss me one of these kits for free and I will gladly beat the crap out of it to "test" it out haha.

You might wanna be more specific when saying that incase people start wanting T3 6765's (or whatever the billet 67s are) for the same price!

Unless they are!? Then.... that's a smokin deal!

Also, does the o2 housing fit stock placement downpipes?
