Heat from a torch can massage a dent but then you risk ruining the paint. I said I doubt it would work but he could try a heat gun, it would be safer on the paint and would be an easy thing to try.
Where the dender meets the door is a very weak spot and can be bent quite easily with the fender off. Would be a lot of guessing and checking to get it to work but could be done.
If the dent on the door is infront of the handle, that doesn't look easy. Looks like one of those you will push out/pop back in type of dents. Need the metal to contract.
The heat would help keep the paint from cracking and flaking off, no?
That really sucks to hear Andy. At least you'll be at the cookout with it. :)

I will get a pic of the fender how it is now and one of the door. I did use a heat gun when trying to bend it back into shape along with 2 cans of compressed air that I turned upside down. I saw it done on youtube so I figured why not.. Although the heat gun did not help with the paint flaking, it chipped off in like 3 spots. Now the problem I have is the tire rubbing the fender on big bumps. The fender is still kinda pushed in a little more right around the wheel well. I'll have to try and roll the fender with a bat a little bit but I really dont want to cause it kinks really easily.

Here are the pics.. Sorry there all cell phone pics and the sun is directly on my car. I can say the pics make the damage look alot less than what it actually is. You have to look really hard.

Well, You did a great job, either with removing the dent or photoshop, because I can't see shit. Nice!

Thanks guys. It's just really hard to see in the pics cause the paint is so shiny. :) If you're going to the cookout you'll see it. It's alot worse than it looks.

Well shit considering you hit a deer, it really doesn't look that bad, it could look a hell of a lot worse
