i bought a fmic kit and it came with no instructions. any websites that will help me?

Remove bumper cover and crash beam, bolt-on FMIC, cut holes for piping with sawzall, cut crash beam to fit back on, do boost leak test, reinstall bumper cover. Oh, and beer.

use a jack or something to hold the fmic up or empty beer cans?

alrighty. thanks alot guys!!! i just wasent sure about the crash beam or not. for sure the beers are gonna help

Crash beams are for wusses, lol. I left mine out completely, wouldn't fit with the fmic there on my 2g.

OH, cussing and swearing, you're gonna need to stock up on those too.

Seriously though, just take your time, pull everything apart, make it work, you'll be fine.

I'd say cut the crash beam, if you do get in an accident and don't have one, you will regret it. I wish mine had one in my wreck.

I agree, cut the crashbeam around the FMIC and put it back on. If you're doing this on a 1g, you'll need it to hold the bumper cover on anyways.
