Was just an idea on the way home last night, no real though has been put into this.

James may not be able to but I think I can break it in one swing ;) I have broken a few. Easiest way to remove them is lug them out in one peice and throw into the dumpster.

If you can do it, I can do it. I am guessing this tub wont come out too easily by carrying it. I guess it is possible to just get rid of the walls around it, carry it outside and then beat on it.

I'd ration the use of the sawzall. Way too easy to cut through something 'important'....

Plumbing and electrical are being updated so there isn't really much to ruin. We plan on keeping most of the walls, so the cutting would likely be minimal. Mainly breaking the plaster off the walls and possibly getting ride of some lath inder it.

No plans on a date yet. The house is just off Marschall about a mile west of 169. Not sure the school name but it looks like an elementary school.

This is john on James' computer. Here are a couple of pucs of our last house:

Was a complete gut job. Last sale price listed was when we bought it but we sold it for $150k. Not sure what is the deal with the shitty pics though...

Rides ok, drives maybe personally, not at a group event. I know if I let one person drive many people would want to.

Long time no see. So if I bash enough houses, I can afford a viper? Good luck guys.
